David Stickland our Commercial Director has just arrived in Halifax for this year’s Canadian Ferry Association’s Conference, which is taking place in the Halifax Marriott Harbourfront Hotel. The theme for this event is “Charting our Course: The People and Technology of Tomorrow’s Ferries”.
The CFA Conference offers delegates a fantastic chance to integrate with industry leaders, and learn from and participate in industry-specific workshops. This conference in Halifax also updates delegates on the latest ferry issues in Canada and how they affect us. There are also speeches from various contributors including The Honourable Lloyd Hines, Nova Scotia Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal, a presentation from Mike Corrigan, President and CEO of Interferry, and guest speaker at the Gala Dinner on Tuesday night is His Worship Mike Savage, Mayor of Halifax.
