With the help of the PDMS Compass team, Caledonian MacBrayne, the UK’s largest ferry network, has recently launched a new look online booking system. A step-by-step timeline across the screen now helps customers follow their booking process, as well as providing a helpful summary of their reservation. As part of the project, the PDMS Compass team has made their Compass Reservation system responsive to ensure that it is fully scalable across all devices. After months in the planning, the team were delighted with the successful roll out of the system on Tuesday 22nd November.
